Case Study
Executive summary
This website is the digital companion to a company-wide growth initiative. It’s designed to keep employees engaged before, during, and after the live event. Explore the live prototype, built in Lovable, here.
Challenge
This was a case study I prototyped for an international fintech company. The company has a flat, ownership-driven culture where growth is expected to be self-directed. Employees understood the concept of ‘driving their own growth’ in theory, but they struggled to apply it in their day-to-day work. My hypothesis was that an immersive experience, with modeling by peers and leadership, was the best way to move the needle.
Solution Criteria
Any solution had to:
Work identically well across all offices, not just headquarters
Speak differently to individual contributors and team leads, not treat growth as one-size-fits-all
Feel invited, not mandated, because a flat, ownership-driven culture doesn't respond to top-down programming
Maintain the ripple of engagement after the live programming ended
Build in measurement from day one so that there would be a baseline for comparison
selected criterion
I mapped the full initiative end-to-end, from stakeholder sequencing through a 6-month measurement plan, before building anything.
The project deck lays out a phased 17-week rollout, flags the dependencies that would block a launch, and defines success across four time horizons, from day-of sentiment pulses to 6-month promotion and mobility data.
The Growth Hub website that accompanies it is a fully functioning website that gives employees a place to browse live sessions, work through self-paced learning pathways, hear from peers across offices, and set a private growth intention.
